The Pavlov House was built in Warmbad near Selva from 1951 to 1954, when the place was a miners' sanatorium. The thermal spring of Warmbad was discovered in the Middle Ages, probably during mining operations, and is today the oldest and warmest thermal spring in Saxony that is still used for balneological purposes. The more than ten-year vacancy of the former health building has already left its mark and renovation is urgently needed to preserve the substance that is worthy of protection.
