A wonderful hike from Strobl, with the Wolfgangsee constantly in the spotlight. The route leads along quiet paths, beautiful spots by the water, and the stunning Bürglstein trail, where you are repeatedly treated to magnificent views of the lake and the surrounding mountains.
There are plenty of places to stop along the way, such as the special Gschmå Platzl right on the water. At around 15 km, it is a substantial hike, but the limited elevation gain keeps it pleasant and varied.
