The first path is the "Bruciato": very fun, with never excessive slopes, but it is necessary to pay attention in some sections where the roots and the passages on the rock can become very treacherous (especially in wet conditions). Mtb suitable at least one all mountain from 140mm up.
Second part of the "Isola" trail: a truly spectacular trail because it has pedaled parts, many curves and some really interesting technical passages. Use it as the final path because it goes down a lot and the ascent would be really long 😬
