Rollutorfufoss is one of the many waterfalls along the Skógá River. It is the seventh and smallest of the notable waterfalls encountered when hiking upstream from Skógafoss along the famous Laugavegur trail. The waterfall falls only 17 feet (about 5.2 meters), but it does so over a wide shelf that significantly increases the surface area of the waterfall, making it seem more significant than its height alone would suggest.
