In the Greleska site of the White Mountains, an observatory for the endangered Cretan ibex has been operating this beautiful stone building since 1999. There is a reception, information room, exhibition and an accommodation room for the guard. The area is very beautiful with cypress trees and views of the gorge of Agia Irini.
