The building was erected between 1904 and 1906 for the owner of Słomów, Jan Turno. It is modeled on the Petit Trianon in Versailles (architect: Ange-Jacques Gabriel) and is a classical brick building with a regular layout, two floors, a basement, and a hip roof. The building is crowned by a mansard roof with a balustrade. The square layout features a flat annex on the north side, an open veranda at the front, and a portico on the garden side, surrounded by a stone balustrade with four Corinthian columns and accessible via a staircase between the second and third columns.
