    The Brown's Point complex comprises two distinct buildings significant in the history of radio communication.

    1906 Building: Constructed by the De Forest Company for Marconi, this structure dates to the early days of wireless telegraphy. Built with colorwashed brick and a Welsh slate roof, it represents the architectural style of the period.

    c1930 Building: An extension added for HM Coastguard, this building reflects the architectural trends of the inter-war period with rendered brick walls and Westmorland slate roofs. The design incorporates two end blocks flanking a central spine wing.
