Lake Kleinhesseloher See was created in 1803 and later expanded. It covers approximately 8.6 hectares, has three islands, and is fed by the Oberstjägermeisterbach stream. On the shore is the popular Seehaus (Lake House), with a beer garden and boat rentals. The lake is a popular spot for walking, boating, and ice skating in winter.
