The Capela de Nossa Senhora da Conceição in Loulé is a 17th-century chapel built against the old city walls. Its exterior is simple, but inside you'll find Baroque decoration and beautiful blue and white azulejo tiles depicting scenes from the life of Mary. The altar and interior date from the 18th century and are beautifully preserved.
