The ancient mill of Caronia is a testimony to the agricultural tradition of the Nebrodi. It is located in the gorge of the Caronia stream, and was used for flour processing. It has a typical structure of ramp mills, with a collection channel and an upstream basin, and today it is managed by the Nebrodi naturalistic association, which has made it usable and visitable.
