Motorized passage to Uina Dadora is possible as follows:

The entire route is open to pedestrians and cyclists at all times.

From a downhill perspective, it's definitely a highlight, partly S2 difficulty through the gorge. You should always be prepared for oncoming hikers; theoretically, it's possible to get through the gorge without dismounting (but you shouldn't ignore the signs).
