Running
The trails at Al Lopez Park are a mixture of boardwalks, dirt trails, crushed gravel, sand, and just a little pavement. You'll have to slow down on the sections crossing bridges and boardwalks, but most of the trails are well-kept and great for running. The southern loop is the most utilized trail for running.
