Lenzkirch station was a terminal station on the Kappel Gutachbrücke-Bonndorf railway line. The Höllentalbahn branch line, which was shut down in 1977, was opened in 1907 and connected Neustadt with Bonndorf in the Black Forest. The station building in Lenzkirch is no longer preserved, it was demolished in October 1980. The only reminder of the former train station is a sandstone window surround that was erected in the Lenzkirch spa park. A few years ago, the Bähnle cycle path in the Upper Black Forest was set up along the former railway line.
