A beach with a gigantic parking lot. From the parking lot, you walk along a jetty toward the beach, past a few restaurants that have seen better days. There's also a surf school that offers lessons as early as March.

Nice beach at a river mouth. Good infrastructure (several bars and a surfing school) but quite crowded even in season. There are plenty of free parking spaces and if the Atlantic is too stormy, you can simply go swimming in the river.
