Hiking
Hiking through the near-shore woods brings you to Battery Point, an idyllic, rocky beach fringed with tall grass, driftwood and wildflowers.
Although Battery Point is a fine, easy destination in and of itself, you can also use this as an access route for a more challenging hike up nearby Mount Riley.
