Mountain biking
The section in the direction of Podgórzyce has a very sandy ascent which, due to the soft sand, cannot be managed even with a full suspension bike - pushing is the order of the day here! The descent leads over a very deep section that can be skied carefully.

Mountain biking
green trail from Podgórzyce to Bogaczów, running through picturesque ravines and sandy roads, requires an MTB. The trail runs past the ruins of a stone church from the 13th or 14th century.
