From this viewpoint you can see the town and surroundings, such as the Piedrabuena volcano. An important monument that we find in the place is the Hermitage Sierra de la Cruz, built at the end of the 19th century.
Every May 3rd, the Piedrabuena pilgrimage is celebrated on this hill.

This is a good place to walk from Piedrabuena. It's not too far and has nice views from above of the city below. There is also a beautiful hermitage here from the beginning of the 19th century.
