Hiking

The Hurns Kerkje is located on the edge of the nature reserve 'De Kil' next to the river Waal in the small village of Hurwenen. This former almshouse is not only used for weddings and mourning, but also for meetings, concerts or exhibitions. And enthusiastic volunteers also organize many theme days that are accessible to everyone.

In short, an environment that is inspiring and special, for every occasion, every time.

From the end of June 2023, the Hurns Kerkje in Hurwenen will have a nice terrace on Saturdays where you can drink coffee or tea with something delicious.
It is wonderful to enjoy under the trees. The organizing ladies ensure that there are beautiful flowers from their own picking garden and also bake their own goodies for coffee.

Only open on Saturdays.
