"The three-story building from 1923 in the style of the 1920s with the striking round-arched arcades and the clinker facade was built for the Reichsbank branch in Schwerin [...].
In front of the building on Goethestrasse there is a listed drinking water fountain from 1927 with the open staircase from the lower to the upper street.
After 1990 the house was used as a residential building with the Schwerin branch of the Deutsche Bundesbank on the ground floor, but this has been closed for several years now."
