The hiking trail to Pirate Bay is also lovely in the summer, as it's nice and shady here. Not overcrowded, most take the boat to the bay. If you like to be away from the crowds, this is the place for you. A good alternative to the boat and above all free.

The return path, a little further away from the canal, is nicely shaded, but the outward path is unfortunately very mixed. In my opinion, it's rather boring, with only one view of the canal, otherwise it's a wide path surrounded by forest.
