The Etang de Barrandon or Lac de Barrandon is a lake in Lozère, located on Mount Lozère at an altitude of 1,375 m in the town of Saint-Étienne-du-Valdonnez. It is part of the central area of the Cévennes National Park.
Located on the edge of the heart of the Cévennes National Park, the artificial lake of Barrandon covers an area of 7.3 hectares, only part of which is open to fishing. The cool waters of Mont Lozère, of which it occupies a depression, quickly give the trout qualities of remarkable hardiness.
