Hiking
The Scheve Villa is known in Berlare and the surrounding area because it is... SCHEEF!
The villa is built on a (strong) plateau. The unstable subsoil (part clay, part peat soil) could not withstand the weight and one side slowly sank, without the house cracking.
Would this villa survive global warming?
Come and take a look regularly.

Cycling
Former hotel from the beginning of the last century for the good class, built on 2 different surfaces (peat / clay) and begin to subside (leans to the right rear). After decades of vacancy, and leveling the rooms, Chiro Berlare became a local.
