    Running

Hamsterley offers lots of great running on well-maintained trails through the forest. You can follow one of the waymarked trails, which are 1km, 3km, 5km or 7km in length, or make up your own route using a combination of the running and walking trails. Watch out for bikes on the cycle trails and take care on the fast downhill cycling sections. Parkrun is here every Saturday at 9:00.
