Even if the lettering "Felsengarten" is attached in the vineyards above the railway line, these are not the right "rock gardens". These are between Besigheim and Hessigheim above the vineyards. Contrary discussions were also held about the advertising lettering in Besigheim. "Besigheimer Felsengarten" is a large vineyard in the Württemberg wine-growing region. Along the Neckar between Stuttgart and Heilbronn there are a number of valley sections with more or less rock faces.

Mountain biking

The Hessigheimer rock gardens above the Neckar are a popular climbing area with a long tradition, embedded in an impressive vineyard landscape. The small but ecologically high quality nature reserve is a real piece of wilderness in the middle of the vineyards. The rock gardens with their walls, towers, boulders and the gorge offer visitors exciting natural experiences and insights into a habitat that has become rare.
They are located between Besigheim and Hessigheim.
