In fact, the views are better and the fact the road is effectively a cul de sac going to the small village of la Berarde means there’s very little traffic.
Very much recommended if staying in or around Bourg d’Oisans.

Beautiful climb on reasonable to good asphalt. Little traffic and beautiful views.
Certainly the last 9 kilometers have friendly gradients of mostly <6%.
The climb ends with a small bridge over the river. If you turn right after the bridge, you will arrive at the parking lot. If you turn left after the bridge, you will cycle over a short cobblestone strip and arrive at the quiet village. Here you can sit on a terrace and enjoy the peace and quiet in the mountains.
