The Sint-Martinuskerk is a church in Twello (Duistervoorde) with a 75 meter high tower. The Saint Martin's Church is also known as the Duistervoorde Church. Next to the church is Huis Duistervoorde, which served from 1890 to 1967 as the Monastery of St. Anthonius Institute of the Sisters of Charity from Schijndel. To the west of this is the Roman Catholic primary school Martinus Twello. On the northeast side, on the other side of Kerklaan, is the Roman Catholic cemetery.
The church was built in 1887 in neo-Gothic style to a design by the architect Gerard te Riele.
