It is currently not open to the public, as the 14th century castle is being restored to its original state, but regardless, it is a very photogenic, historical point to visit during our MTB tours. In addition, once behind it, the asphalt road leading to the waterworks turns into a path through a private gate, which takes you up the "metallurgist's blue" to the Fehérkő marsh to the tourist house and to the upper terminus of the Lillafüred cable car.
