Beautiful high path outside almost all villages. No mountain bike area, the path can be ridden with any bike (except maybe racing bike). No technical difficulties whatsoever.

The Rennweg runs at the height of the Hassberge, logically there are always views of the landscape. Depending on your needs, you can drive to the nearby towns from Rennweg. The last piece from Bühl to Oberhaid leads over a lot of rough gravel paths, you have to like it. Otherwise, as I said, very nice and relaxed to drive. At the end, around the Kreuzberg, you can really let off steam as a mountain biker. Lots of great routes near Hallstadt.
