With the bike ferry you can over to Kalmar over. You can not ride a bike on the bridge.

Nice that there is the bicycle ferry. How else would you get to Kalmar by bike?

In addition to the much more complex route via the Oskarshamn - Byxelkrok ferry, the only other and fastest, cheapest and most frequent ferry (only for cyclists and pedestrians) from the mainland to Öland and back.
However, both ferries only run seasonally and outside of the high season the timetable is noticeably thinner, so it is better to check in advance: ressel.se/language/sv/tidtabell-dessi/?lang=sv
