The Falcomatà seafront in Reggio Calabria was defined as "the most beautiful kilometer in Italy" by Gabriele D'Annunzio: in fact it is a unique landscape both for the beauty of the buildings and the centuries-old vegetation that populate the seafront, and for the panorama on the Strait of Messina and Etna very close.
