In the three-municipalities-angle Birgland-Pommelsbrunn-Weigendorf, lies Lichtenegg and here is next to the castle and the delicacies tavern "Old Schloss-Wirt Lichtenegg" worth a visit. Idyllically located, directly below and connected by a comfortable staircase with the floodlit in the evening illuminated castle ruins Lichtenegg. Beautiful large beer garden and a wind- and weather-protected terrace. Highly recommended are the original Lichtenegger bratwursts for cool bikers.
