The main "attraction" in the small village of Esterndorf is the pretty branch church of St. Leonhard, which lies on a small hill above the surrounding farms. It is a late Gothic hall from around 1500 with a polygonal chancel and ridge turret with pointed helmet. The façade is decorated with a sundial, among other things. A few meters north of the church there is another nice village pond.
