Devil began in 1983 as a weather shaft for the Lohberg colliery.
2003 Breakthrough to the Prosper-Haniel mine shaft 10.
With the closure of the Osterfeld colliery in 2006, the shaft will go to the Prosper-Haniel mine.

1988: April 22, 1988: Reaching the final depth (-1364m)
1990: February 24, 1990: Breakthrough with 5th sole
