Mountain biking
River trails located within the Monte Aloia Natural Park. The river begins at San Xiao Hill and runs through a valley through the town of Tripes. The Os Muíños de Tripes route begins near the Circos recreational area in the parish of Pazos de Reis. Along the 2.8 km route, there are mills that are almost 200 years old, as well as the existence of mill-houses with more than one grinding wheel.
