Greifswald station is the most important station in the Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania district town of Greifswald in the Vorpommern-Greifswald district. It is located at line kilometer 209.6 of the Angermünde-Stralsund Railway and is served by local and long-distance trains of Deutsche Bahn. The station itself has a house platform and a central platform with a total of three tracks.

The station building was completed in 1879 and consists mainly of natural travertine stone. It was built in the style of classicism. In the building there is a reception hall with several seats and a DB travel center.
