Gravel riding
The large masonry structure in the middle of the lagoon is an old warehouse for rice conservation in a land now submerged by the sea. Land reclaimed and cultivated and subsequently flooded by the river and the sea due to subsidence, the nefarious lowering of the ground due to methane extraction. It appears as a ghost structure emerging from the lagoon waters and is one of the most famous landscape and photographic subjects.
