Beer has been brewed in Ebensfeld “in the Schwanna” since 1752. The master brewer currently offers four tasty beers, which are complemented by six tasty seasonal delicacies. The special thing about the Ebensfeld brewery is the "drive-in". Go there, invite, drive away. The beer garden in front of the inn and the historic old brewery courtyard are open from May to October.

On the occasion of a brewery, I can't resist - now from a purely literary point of view - and I have to briefly mention the humorist Heinz Erhardt (1909 - 1979), who I admire and who was known to a wide audience for his word jokes and "Noch'n poem". quote with one of his – very rare – rhymes:
