As already written, if you want to continue cycling through the Moorgürtel nature reserve, you have to watch out for road blocks in the area of the future A26. Unfortunately, cyclists no longer have priority here (Neuenfelder Hinterdeich, Nincoper Moorweg), see photos.

Cycling

We had a fantastic hike through the Buxtehude moors. We saw many deer, herons, birds of prey, as well as horses and cattle. Great hiking trails wind through beautiful nature 💚 and are also suitable for cycling. The longest route here is about 12 km. You can easily customize your route. There were many airplanes in the sky, and the railway runs right through the moor, but there was no noise pollution. At least, we didn't experience any. The 12 km route is now on our list for next year's bike ride.
