The little castle (also called Handschuhsheimer Schlösschen or Graham Schlösschen), together with the Graham Park and the Carl Rottman Building, is part of an extensive ensemble in the center of the town and dates back to a smaller late medieval aristocratic residence in Handschuhsheim. The most striking part of the building is the stair tower from the 17th century. The castle houses the district's citizens' office as well as rooms for the city's music and singing school.
