Ascension is the correct term. Approach from the street along the wooden railings still mobile (except for the bottleneck with a tree), but after the 90 degree curve it goes steeply uphill and after a few meters you can drive. There is still some space to ride next to the natural stone steps (if not overgrown yet), but it gets too steep even for e-bikes.
