Hiking
The imposing tower was built in 1883.
In 1904 the property became the property of the city of Bensheim, which used the courtyard as the town hall after World War II until 1983. From 1984 to 1989 the entire building complex remained unused. In September 1990 a private investor bought the complex. A spacious park, the Bensheim City Park, belongs to the Rodensteiner Hof.
