The Mindenerwald is a forest area in the Minden-Lübbecke district. It is located in the area of the city of Petershagen and the municipality of Hille and partly extends into Lower Saxony, which is adjacent to the north. The forest is around 800 hectares and is partially protected. The nature reserve is located in Petershagen and is around 515 hectares in size.
