A long gravel descent from Llanwonno to Hirwaun. A broad smooth track, easy to carry way too much speed into the corners...exit is via a stile at the bottom before joining/crossing the busy A465

I tried to join this path after approaching the Lluest-Wen Reservoir from the East, but there was a locked gate and a sign forbidding cyclists and walkers (and a nearby construction site with security), so I rerouted along NCN47 and came back down the Maerdy instead. This was in May 2021 so things may change later!
