From 1589 to 1625 owned by the city of Bautzen, 1719 owned by the Bautzen Mayor Caspar Christian Hübsch (coat of arms above the entrance to the manor house), old manor house burned down in 1813, sold to Eduard Hetzer in 1842, construction of the present manor house in 1843, conversion in 1910
