Curiosity of the gardens of Campo del Moro: the fountain of the Shells was designed by Ventura Rodríguez for the gardens of the palace of the Infante Don Luis in Boadilla del Monte (Madrid). It was sold by the heirs of the Infante to Fernando VII, who gave it to Mª Cristina de Borbón for his possession of Vista Alegre. In 1848 it seems to be already in the Campo del Moro.
