The long ascent and descent of the Buschandlwand through the forest is rather monotonous and without a view. At the top along the ridge it gets interesting again and with beautiful views (point and to the north) from the wooden pulpit with seating.

At 743 m at its highest point, the Wachau Buschandlwand towers between St. Michael and Spitz on the Danube. In 1887, the Spitz section of the Austrian Tourist Club paved the way to its summit.
