The parterre garden is conceived as a top view planting in a modern design. Cut hedges made from yew and various types of barberry divide the individual, irregularly shaped squares. They create a striking contrast to the free appearance of the herbaceous plants placed in the area. You will find peace on the benches donated by the Friends of the Weihenstephan Gardens and you can experience the varied facets of the garden in all seasons.
