Since 1959, this little café was run by Jean Winant. Even at an advanced age (he turned 90 in 2023), Jean remained behind the counter to welcome his regular customers, making him one of the longest-serving café owners in the region. Since Jean's passing, the café has been closed and is unfortunately neglected and dilapidated.

Line 127 is a former secondary railway line that connected Landen to Statte, near Huy.
Built by the Hesbaye - Condroz Company on a single track (although operation was entrusted to the Belgian State Company from the start), the line would inevitably suffer competition from the road after the Second World War and gradually lose most of its service.
Until 2011, only the Moha quarry (operated by the Carmeuse group) was still served from Statte, at a rate of about one train per week.
