Ammerland hiking region hiking and walking trails also lead through Bad Zwischenahn
The large number of smaller asphalt roads connected with the cultivation areas of the 350 tree nurseries have enabled the Ammerland to establish itself as the ideal "green" cycling region. Many nature lovers have been hiking on the circular lake path around the Zwischenahner Meer for decades. This showed us that a flat landscape can also be interesting for hikers or walkers. For this reason, ten small hiking trails have already been developed in cooperation with the Ammerland district.
