Road cycling

Normally it is quite easy to get past the promenade here. Not too many pedestrians have strayed here on my trips. The two underpasses are stupid. So far I haven't had any problems.
In the absence of an alternative, I usually drive here for a long time. There are worse things than driving a few meters more slowly and carefully. But there are no cars here and before and after that you can always cycle very well on the Elbe Cycle Path.

Road cycling

Narrow lane, which is used by many cyclists, skaters and sometimes walkers, especially on weekends and when the weather is nice. I find the cycle path only semi-good and, as is often the case in Pirna, cyclists were not really thought of. Structurally separated from the footpath (positive), the narrow path (negative) goes directly along the railway wall, where there are underpasses for pedestrians at regular intervals, which then stand directly on the cycle path (negative). So drive with caution or use the other side of the Elbe.
